Join us for an evening with Alta Colina, a family-owned estate winery from Paso Robles’ Adelaida District. Founded by the Tillman family in 2003, Alta Colina specializes in Rhône varietals grown among the steep slopes and fractured shale soils of its high-elevation estate vineyard. Chef de Cuisine Ross Verzosa and Sommelier Trevor Crough have created a four-course menu and wine pairing showcasing the distinctive character of this Paso Robles estate.
