Cole Thomas of Madson Wines joins us to share his wines from the Santa Cruz Mountains. Farming a couple dozen vineyards in the region organically, he makes wines that speak of the unique place that the Santa Cruz Mountains are: high elevation and coastally influenced. The wines of the Santa Cruz Mountains are California's best kept wine secret. Enjoy a multi-course menu specifically prepared to match these exciting wines.

Trevor Crough, our newest Certified Sommelier (!), is teaching Wine 101, Trelio's best introduction to the world of wine. Trevor will lead the class through the major styles of wine, their production methods, and why they taste the way they do. Whether you are an experienced connoisseur or brand new to the world of fermented grape juice, this class will reward your participation.

Six wines will be poured alongside snacks from the kitchen.

It’s back!

It's time again for a spectacular Pizza Party! Chefs Chris and Ross will be dishing up all-you-can-eat (as fast as they can make them) traditional Neapolitan-style pizzas for three hours. Sommeliers Gary and Trevor will be serving tastings to pair well with Pizza as well as ssome open self-pour tastings available. All wines will be available for discounted retail purchase.
