Chef Chris' years of culinary and cultural influences span over 30 years in the restaurant and hotel business. French, Spanish, German, Asian, Latin American, Local Farm to Table have all been part of his work during that time. Trelio Food & Wine has been as many cuisines as it has influences. After 15 years of creating local cuisine using techniques from around the world, Chef Chris has concentrated the style of Trelio to reflect his first experiences as a Chef, a seasonally changing localized Cal-Italian Menu.

Our wine list is compiled of labels from all around the world and price ranges so there is something for everyone. If you wish to enjoy your own bottle of wine we offer a $30 corkage fee although we will waive a corkage for every 750ml bottle ordered from the wine list.
